WE ARE OPEN FOR YOU AND YOUR PETS
Under the Victorian Government's Stay at Home Directions, veterinary clinics are classified as 'necessary goods or services' and you may leave your residence to obtain goods or services from us (Stay at Home Directions, Part 3, Clause 6).
However, we have reduced client access to our premises and changed the way we do our consultations in response to the risk posed by Coronavirus (COVID-19).
Please call us to make an appointment or if you need food or medications for your pet. When you arrive, please call us from your car or outside and we will let you know what to do next.
If you have booked a consultation, your pet will be taken inside when the vet is ready. We will then ask you to go back to your car or outside and the vet will call you while examining and treating your pet. When the consultation is finished, we will return your pet to you.
We prefer payment by card over the phone or at reception.
If you need repeat medication or food, please call us. Payment can be made over the phone and we will let you know when you can collect your items.
Our aim is to protect our staff and clients while still providing the best possible care for your family’s pets. These changes will help us to remain open to continue to care for all our patients and clients.
If any one or more of the following apply to you, please do not visit our premises.
1. You have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
2. You are in self-isolation, have been asked to self-isolate or are living in the same household as someone in self-isolation
3. You are coughing and/or sneezing and/or have a sore throat and/or a fever
4. You have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
If any of these apply to you and your pet's need is not urgent, your planned visit should be delayed for 2 weeks. If the problem is urgent or you have run out of medications or food for your pet, please phone us on 9890 1728. Our staff will determine the next step.
