OUR COVID-19 PROCEDURES
Up to two people may attend a face to face consultation. Please note that face masks must be worn when you are inside our building.
There is a limit of 5 people in our reception area (including staff) so we may ask you to wait outside if 5 people are already in that area when you arrive.
Upon entering the surgery you will be asked to use the hand sanitiser provided and to check in by QR Code or by writing your name, phone number and time of arrival in our Attendance Register.
If you need repeat medication or food, please call us before coming to the surgery so that we can minimise your waiting time by having your supplies ready for you when you arrive.
We prefer payment by card.
Our aim is to continue to protect our staff and clients while still providing the best possible care for your family’s pets. These procedures will help us to remain open to continue to care for all our patients and clients.
If any one or more of the following apply to you, please do not visit our premises.
1. You have been in contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19 (Coronavirus)
2. You are in self-isolation, have been asked to self-isolate or are living in the same household as someone in self-isolation
3. You are coughing and/or sneezing and/or have a sore throat and/or a fever
4. You have returned from overseas in the last 14 days
If any of these apply to you and your pet's need is not urgent, your planned visit should be delayed for 2 weeks. If the problem is urgent or you have run out of medications or food for your pet, please phone us on 9890 1728. Our staff will determine the next step.
